Creating an order

The creation of the delivery request is carried out automatically from your online store and transmitted to our management system. Otherwise, you can also submit it directly using our web form.

Processing and collection

Our decision-making engine analyzes your request to optimize delivery by evaluating several suppliers and services to select the most efficient solution from collection to final delivery based on pre-established criteria, including price, duration and optionally, greenest option.

Delivery Execution

The system organizes the logistics for you. We take care of planning the collection at your address, the pick-up by the carrier, the sharing of tracking information throughout the journey to your destination as well as the update on your online store.

Yes. We offer fixed prices for all provinces in Canada. For the United States, we offer very competitive on-demand prices and we are currently preparing our schedule to also offer fixed prices there. Internationally, we offer prices on demand. In all cases, we prepare the customs documents with you to facilitate the process.

We work with most national carriers including Purolator, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post but also with several others including Nationex, Canpar, DHL and GLS as well as several local partners. Packages are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours in the province and neighboring provinces and in 3 to 5 business days for the rest of Canada.

Deliveries are covered according to the carriers’ terms and conditions. In most cases, this includes basic coverage worth $100. Additional coverage is always possible for high value packages.

Invoicing is carried out monthly according to deliveries made during the period. Invoices are normally sent during the first days of the following month. Invoices can be paid by interac transfer, direct bank transfer or credit card.

We help our clients define their approach to delivery which may include consumer rate strategy, advice on the type of packaging or boxes to use, label management and printing, integration of the different systems supporting online sales but also follow-up with carriers in the event of a collision. We are here to help you every step of the way and according to your needs and your level of experience, at no additional cost.
